Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you a what I eat in a day keto! doing a keto diet for the month of march which is fun 🙂 all these recipes are healthy, low carb paleo recipes and TASTE SO GOOD
Brain Octane (1 tbsp): 0 net carb, 4.5gfat.
Keto Pancakes (makes 2 servings)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 scoop collagen
I freeze the other half and them put them in the toaster
Pancakes: Protein= 17g.Fat= 30g Net carb=2.5. I added 4 tbsp blueberries which brought it to 5 net carb per serving but omit if you wish!
1 scoop protein powder (I used Nuzest)
2 scoops mct powder (I used Nutiva)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups spinach
Protein: 18gFat:16g Net carb: 4g
Cookie Dough Bites Video:
Each has 0.5 net carb/4.5 protein/10.5fat
Queso Bowl Dinner
4oz chicken thighs
1 cup cooked broccoli
1/2 medium avocado
1 tbsp siete foods queso
Protein: 29g,Fat:27g Net carb: 5.5g
Keto donut video:
4 net carb per donut. 16 protein, 10fat
Reishi hot chocolate by Botanica.
4 net carb per serving.
23 net carbs for the day!
