This recipe is Paleo, AIP (Autoimmune Paleo), Gluten-free, Grain-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free, Refined Sugar-free, and Organic! Please note that if you are in the elimination phase of the AIP diet that you’ll need to skip the pepper.

**Please note I use all organic ingredients*

INGREDIENTS:

(for chicken)
3-4 pounds of organic chicken breast
A bottle of organic avocado oil for frying (keep adding as you fry)
salt and pepper to taste (skip the pepper if you’re AIP)

(for sauce)
1 cup of organic maple syrup
1 cup of organic balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of Garlic-infused Olive Oil (or regular olive oil and a couple of chopped garlic cloves)
1 tablespoon of parsley

DIRECTIONS:

1.) First, heat a cast iron pan with avocado oil, and cook eat butterflied chicken breat for 2-3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown). Salt and pepper to taste.

2.) While the chicken is cooking you can go ahead and make the sauce…whisk the parsley, mapley syrup, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.

3.) Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.
