One of my weaknesses is bread! I grew up eating lots of bread, it was my favorite thing to go to the bakery with my mom. Thankfully I figured out a way to make gluten free paleo bread. These taste so YUMMY. These are gluten free, and free of yeast! See Recipe Below
INGREDIENTS:
2/4 Cup of Cassava Flour
3/4 Cup of Almond Flour
4 Organic Eggs
3 Tablespoon of Psyllium Husk Powder
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 Cup of Organic Apple Sauce
Top Dough with Sesame Seeds (Optional) & Egg Wash
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven at 400F
Add in all ingredients into a dough, make sure there are no clumps
Roll into 3-4 round buns, top with egg wash and sesame seeds
Bake for 20-22 mins till golden brown, let it cool and eat!
