Ingredients:

* 2 1/2 cus almond flour
* 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup swerve
* 1/2 dark chocolate chips
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Equipment:

* Oven
* Sheet Pan
* Parchment Paper
* Large Bowl
* Medium Bowl
* Measuring Cups
* Measuring Spoons
* Whisk
* Silicone Spatula
* 2oz Ice Cream Scoop
* Cooling Rack

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and swerve. Whisk well. In a separate medium bowl, melt your butter and mix with vanilla extract and eggs. Mix your wet ingredients with your dry ingredients until a dough has formed. Add your dark chocolate chips and walnuts to your dough and combine well. Using a 2oz ice cream scooper, scoop out even size dough balls and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Dip 3 fingers in water and lightly press on each dough ball until perfect cookies are formed. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack for at least 10 minutes.
