1 very ripe banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp coconut flour
splash of vanilla extract
✭RICED CAULIFLOWER BREAKFAST HASH:
2 cups of riced cauliflower
2 eggs
sauteed diced onions
2 strips of turkey bacon
parsley
1 tbsp coconut flour
garlic powder
salt & pepper
✭SWEET POTATO HASH BROWNS:
1 peeled sweet potato
sauteed onions
olive oil
garlic powder
salt & pepper
