~Please subscribe!~ In this video I am back in the kitchen to bring you guys a really easy breakfast option. My easy sausage breakfast muffins are perfect for everyone in the family & are so portable! Hope you enjoy!

Sausage Breakfast Muffins: (this recipe makes 12 muffins)
Ingredients:
10 Large eggs
6 Hashbrown Patties or 1.5 cups shredded hashbrowns, cooked
1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked ground sausage (you can sub bacon or ham)
Cooking Spray for your muffin tins
Splash of Half & Half (approx. 1/4 cup) *whole milk is fine too*
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Black Pepper to taste, I would not recommend salt

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook hashbrowns and break up to use as the “crust.” Beat eggs in bowl and in a separate bowl add rest of ingredients. Combine w/ eggs. Fill bottoms of muffin tin w/ approx. 1 tbsp. cooked hashbrowns. Press down to make flat. Scoop egg mixture over top and bake for 20 mins in your preheated 350 oven. Enjoy!
