Breakfast Hash
1lb Ground Meat (I used a mix of pork, beef, turkey)
1TBS Avocado Oil
1 Onion chopped
2-3 Cups Mushrooms chopped
1/4 cup Stock or Water
1tsp Salt
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Turmeric
1 bag frozen kale

1) Brown Ground Meat – Remove from pan.
2) Add Oil and Onion to pan cook until translucent and softened.
3) Add Mushrooms – cook until reduced down.
4) Add Stock to de-glaze the pan.
5) Add in Cooked Meat. Cook for 2- 3 minutes
6) Add seasoning, stir well, cook for 2- 3 minutes until fragrant.
7) Add bag of Kale (can use fresh if you have it), Mix well and cook until everything is incorporated and hot thru.

Serve and Enjoy
