Another one of our favorite large family recipes! Recipes like these are my life hacks for clean eating with unprocessed food!

Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp oil
1 head of cabbage
1 large onion
6 large carrots
5 large garlic cloves
1″ fresh ginger root
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup coconut aminos(or soy sauce)
Salt to taste
Some optional Garnishes: green onions, sriracha, sambal olek, cilantro
