I am not a fan of skipping breakfast!!!
When it comes to breakfast food my recommendation is to ditch your oats/granola bars ect and have a good amount of protein with some good animal fats!
Protein will keep you full for the whole morning and the fats will ensure your blood sugar stays stable so you won’t get that 10am energy dip!
Eggs and whey protein shakes are super easy and quick to make so no excuses about not having time to cook, you can even cook the eggs in the microwave at work!
