Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you 3 healthy oatmeal recipes that make a great paleo breakfast that is also vegan and low carb. enjoy these healthy breakfast ideas! #paleorecipes #keepupwithliv #healthybreakfast
Base:
4 cups cauliflower oats
1 can coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp ground flax
3 scoops collagen (optional)
Cacao Almond Butter
To the base add:
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp almond butter on top
1 tbsp dairy free sugar free chocolate chips
Cinnamon Berry
To base add:
few dashes cinnamon
top with blueberries
1 tbsp sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter).
1/4 tsp chia seeds
Matcha
To base add:
1/2-1 tsp matcha (depending how strong you want the flavour)
top with coconut butter (1 tbsp)
hempseeds
