* WHAT IS A VEGAN KETO DIET or PLANT-BASED KETO DIET? *
Vegan or plant-based diets avoid animal products. Simple right? But popular keto diets, medical or therapeutic diets, and keto “gurus” all have their own definitions. For clarity, I’ll give my version too.

A keto diet helps the body GET INTO KETOSIS (the state in which the body primarily is burning fat for fuel) and/or STAY in that state with the minimization of net carbs.

And like typical vegan diets or keto diets, you can do it in a healthy way or unhealthy way.
