For 8 Servings (normal portion)

For 4 Servings (large servings)

Cal 248 | Net Carbs 8.5g | Sugars 0g | Fibre 0g | Total Carbs 8.5g | Fat 7.5g | Protein 36g
Ingredients:
122g or 2/3 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
122g or ½ + 1/3 cup Lupin Flour
10g or 2 tsp Salt
1g or ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
1 large Egg, beaten
12ml or 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
88.7ml or 3oz or 96g Water (you may need more)
*PLEASE NOTE: I received feedback from a subscriber who made this pasta recently. She found that she needed up to double the amount of water…so please do keep an eye on the consistency of your dough, you are aiming for it to be exactly like in the video…big, slightly sticky clumps. This may be due to the different brands we all use. Also, because you may use a different mixing machine, I can’t say how long to mix for, only that you should mix until your dough looks like mine when I remove it from the mixing bowl.*
