Pasta recipe: Bake spaghetti squash 375 oven for and hour and add any spices and butter you like.
Low carb Pizza recipe:
Food processor
Cooked Turkey or chicken
1/4 cup mozzarella
1 egg
Any spices of your choice
Then bake it the want be dough
350 oven for 15 minutes
Then dress it up and bake it again for 10 more minutes.
