Might be a dumb question but I’m new to lift and was wondering, Lets say I did 145 pound bench press for 4 sets then I did 1 or 2 sets of 90 pounds until failure, would those extra set or sets of failure help me build more muscle mass? and if so could I apply this to all my regular sets?
