I’m 20yo male 6’2 103kg , body fat % is about 26 27 I think so I am overweight. I’ve been looking at a lot of informative channels on the topic of working out and have been doing so for the past year and finally got off my ass and started working about a month or two ago. I do realise Push Pull Legs split hits different muscle groups thus having different amount of calories burnt but my question is om average how much does it burn calories per split. I track everything on MyFitnessPal so I’m a bit stingy because I want to see how much calories in deficit I am approximately. Any info is welcome hahaha thank you
