Ingredients:
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinager
1 Bottle spring water
1 Cup Aloe Vera
1 Cucumber * (unpeeled and cut up)
1 Fresh lemon juice
4 Cloves of garlic
1/4 Cup parsley
1/4 Cup cilantro
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
****Make about 6 servings
I drink a cup after my dinner and a cup first thing in the mornings.
